/ ABOUT (01)

The Person Behind the Studio.

Famim Farhaz is a solo web developer based in Bangladesh, building websites for hotels and restaurants. No agency, no account managers, no outsourced work. Just one person who builds and thinks about hospitality websites specifically, not websites in general.

/ THE STORY (02)

Why Hospitality, Specifically

Most web developers try to be useful to everyone. A gym, a law firm, a bakery, a SaaS startup, all treated the same way, built off the same template. That approach never made sense to me. A hotel losing bookings to OTA commissions has a different problem than a restaurant losing orders to delivery apps, and both are different again from a portfolio site for an artist. Specializing in hospitality means every decision on a project, from the booking flow to the trust signals near a menu, is made with that specific business in mind, not adapted from an unrelated template.

/ BACKGROUND (03)

An Engineer's Approach to Websites

Alongside building websites, I am also studying for a Diploma in Civil Engineering at Khulna Polytechnic Institute. That might seem unrelated to web development, but it shapes how I think about a site. Civil engineering is about structures that have to hold up under real, repeated use, not just look good once. I bring the same standard to a website: it has to perform under real visitors, real traffic, and real bookings, not just look good in a first screenshot.

/ THE PROCESS (04)

Direct, Not Layered

There is no account manager between you and the person building your site. If you have a question, you ask me, and I answer. If something needs to change, I change it, I do not relay it to someone else first. This is not a scale statement, it is a practical one: fewer layers means fewer delays and fewer things get lost between what you asked for and what gets built.

/ WHAT I BELIEVE (05)

A Website Is a Business Tool, Not a Brochure

A hotel or restaurant website is not there to look impressive. It is there to turn a visitor into a booking or an order, ideally without losing them to an OTA or a delivery app along the way. Every project starts from that question first: what is this site actually supposed to do, and is it currently doing it. Design and code both serve that answer, not the other way around.

/ LET'S TALK (06)

If You Run a Hotel or Restaurant, Let's Talk

If your website is not pulling its weight against the apps and platforms taking a cut of your bookings, that is the exact problem this studio is built to solve.
